This is the continuation from the same mountain ridge which also includes the better known site at Mount Nanos (Sveti Hieronim, which is already included in the database, is on Nanos). On the entire mountain ridge, S. tectorum occurs in scattered populations.

The plant on the picture is pinkish because it is on a very exposed, dry place.

Das Gebiet liegt in der gleichen Gebirgskette wie Mount Nanos, von dem die Lokalität Sveti Hieronim schon hier beschrieben ist (unter S. tectorum var. tectorum from Sveti Hieronim). S. tectorum kommt in zerstreuten Populationen vor.

Die Pflanze ist rosafarben, weil sie sehr exponiert und trocken steht.
